Hey nobody,

Just an update...still battling, doing my best to stay below 1200cals a day. Some days are great, others are just over, only one bad day I'm glad to report. I weighed myself right after the last post and came in at 75kgs, now down to 73kgs. Yay, I will get there!

Back 4 Good

Okay so it's been over a year since I've blogged. That attempt failed, nothing to do but FML and LOL and start again...

I was only 5kgs off my goal weight last year when I started gaining, most of it before I'd gone and then another 4kgs by the time I was home again. I hit 82kgs, the most I've ever, and will ever be!

I'm now back down at roughly 78kgs I think but I'm going to do it this time. Things are different. I have a boyfriend (Ironically a super hot personal trainer xx) and I'm HAPPY! It's a strange sensation and now I want to look as good as I feel. Bf has nothing to do with this weight loss plan and I am not asking him for his help, it will be all me :)

Been looking into what I will try this time and I'm going to start with a5- 6 X 200cal max snacks a day for 1000-1200cals plus try to do some exercise...IDK we'll see how it goes. I just want something that I hope I can maintain, compared to previous failed attempts. I will post at the end of the week with progress and stats. Wish me luck! Will be thin xx
